Hanging Crystal

meticulously draped pearls
elliptical circus of flections
gifts of the sun desert dangling 
a dessert dish of pomegranate pomade
gumdrop wagashi of collimated koi
lemon lucite and coral delicacies
captured in garishly gel-lit focus
hue symphony resolving to a convergent 
white

oceans of azure wavelets cavorting
under the cloud chamber drifting
the unseen alpha endlessly escaping
beached mortal threading the fishline
with a sequence of seaglass fairy lights
shrouded in pink conch pearlescence
dreams draped in lazy summer slumber
lulled by the roar of waves pouring
o'er

gather the paint chips to a melody
mosaic mind in mesmer recliner dancing
the kaleidoscopic turning o'er and under
unearths a carpet of veins propagating
pulled taut and raining unsifted clumps 
creamy roots barely scintillating sassafras 
yet no less caught in the madeira eye
shifting light corraled into chords so
bright
