The Poetry of Mark Daniel Milbocker
Transcadent

Embrace touching creation,
not fearful but fervently
open.

Set your eye on
the treasure of your
heart.

Feel the pull of sincere
gravity and race
beyond.

Let go of good will,
false aims
abandon.

And in the ebullience
of freedom's
rush,

Accept being...

Smash into that other
object of true
orbit.

Release passion's ringed
inferno of
color blaze.

Strike every harmonic
of the heart's
spheres.

Bleat out the
unsyllables that shake
free
and
let your poverty
be your ecstasy.
