The Poetry of Mark Daniel Milbocker
Unapologetic

Polite as the political
who survive the cities built
upon the plunder of innocence
to force the sweet roll
of progress grinding
like Giza stones to mark
our territory in the hope
a soul may blaspheme and
unleashed we may gather
their bones into our
stone soup.
