Where I Am

I am here,
   you know...
where I am
   that is...
here.

Alone with..
spirits softly alighting
around me.

Gentleness and
Compassion fill...
my heart
is lonely.

You...
I...
miss
here

where are we,
   you know
where we are,
   is together

Midnight air
   cold breezes cool
Stars sprinkled sparkling
   Don't you see?

Under the same heaven,
we are...
together forever
in heart and soul

brittle burning,
tears my heart
soft blue drops
hot steamy face,
my chest gasps...
for your air.

Warm, soft cuddles
head on my shoulder
arms hold me tight.
rest with me

Eons until reality
yet here we are.
Believe, I know.
our hearts are
long,
to be...

Memories make me.
smile
laugh
jump from my window
into fields of daisies
made for us
carefree to play, share, love, be
together.
Rolling down soft lakes of
grass, landing in ecstacy as
our bodies lay cushioned by
God's pillow.

I love you
I long for you
I dream of your beauty
from my bed.

Your smiling face, loving heart,
compassion from you.
your family, myself
so blessed by your love.

You are wonderful, beautiful
and I too,
We shall play together in
the valley of God.

Where am I
   I know
I am here
   with you
   tonight.
