Vacillating

Born into brownian motion
Erected into a vibrant bronze
Honed into a gilded Olympian

Amidst the mid-life descent
gliding like a chitty chitty 
the random bang signals another lost piece

Age makes butterflies of us all
in random spiraling tremors we 
cast our angled eyes against a fading light.
